❤️ Onboarding with love

I came across this library while doing some research to improve the DOJO+ onboarding process. The interface isn't the best, but you can find some useful information.

🔮 Future 3D Tools

More and more new startups will try to replace or create better design software, which basically happened with Figma in the past years.

Last week, I played this with Womp and Spline. Though both are decent (I'm not an expert on 3D), I think there is a lot of room for improvement. But considering that it's all web-based, I think it's a huge step forward.

👩‍🎓 Journey Map Workshop Recap

✨ PRESENTED BY IRONHACK ✨

🗓 👨🏻‍🏫 I would like to thank all of the lovely people who attended my Journey Map workshop. Our session went well, and we used Airtable to collect some extra data for our Persona and Journey Map.

In addition, I would like to share the Journey Map template from NNGroup.

Create your Airtable account and send me your email address if you want to access the Travel Report from our session.

🪪 Card Design & Auto-layout

An effective card UI facilitates user decision-making and navigation, and here's an article about it. Here are some of the main highlights of designing a successful UI card:

  1. Make a good contrast between a card and a background.

  2. Strive to maintain balanced font sizes and avoid using too small fonts.

  3. Create a spacing system for paddings.

  4. . Design a loading state that resembles a content layout as much as possible.

  5. Define a fixed height for cards.

  6. Use grids for card-based layouts.

  7. Create a card design with different content.

  8. Define card interactions for a better user experience.

🪄 Font Awesome Wizard Icons

It's great to see Font Awesome's latest version has improved so much. Their newly released tool allows you to combine icons automatically. This is definitely time-saving. Learn more here.

🤖 AI in Notion

There was probably a memo in your inbox about it this week. It's hard to decide which AI writing tool is the best nowadays since there are so many options. I wanna find an AI tool that could create content about motorsports and soccer in Brazilian Portuguese. Please let me know if you know one.

Now Notion will also have something similar (and paid) inside Notion; this is incredible.
